Conditions of Hire

1. The estate and owner of the property cannot accept liability for any injury which may be sustained by the Holiday Tenant or his party or for any loss or damage to property belonging to them, unless caused by the negligence of the Estate owner or their agents or employees.
2. The Holiday Tenant undertakes to keep the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to make good any breakage or any other damage caused during his occupation of the property.
3. The Holiday Tenant undertakes not to permit more persons to occupy the property than the number stated.
4. If a reservation has to be cancelled, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation; if however this is not possible for any reason the hirer will be responsible for the balance of hire charge. Deposits are not refundable for cancelled bookings.
5. In the event of the Holiday Property not being available on the date booked through circumstances beyond the control of the owner (e.g fire) we will endeavour to provide similar alternative accommodation. If this proves not to be possible your deposit will be refunded in full and you will have no claim against the owner or agent
6. You must inform us if you do not hold a colour TV licence at your present home.
