Hemsby is some five miles north of the bustling seaside resort of Gt. Yarmouth and approximately twenty miles from the cathedral city of Norwich with its Norman castle, market and shopping malls.
With close access to the rivers and broads of Norfolk coupled with the beach (which belongs to Long Beach Main Site Touring & Tenting) it's very convenient for all interested in the water.
There are comprehensive attractions within easy distance - shows and amusements in Gt. Yarmouth itself, theme parks, wildlife gardens etc.

At Beach Estate Caravan Park, which is at the end of Beach Road, Hemsby, the beach access is somewhat easier because there is a level boardwalk through the dunes by the Inshore Rescue Lifeboat shed as opposed to a scramble over the dunes that front Long Beach some 750 yds north.

We don't take dogs on Beach Estate on numbers 1 - 42.
We do take dogs on the "Sandsgate" part of the site, the remaining part of Beach Estate and also at Longbeach.
Where connection charges are involved, the occasional purchaser has done this themselves (although we have to OK the work) or alternatively we can do it on a time and materials basis (we don't do a standard charge because some are more difficult and time consuming than others - the usual approximate cost is about £300). Then there will be some siterent.
Our siterent year runs on an Easter to Easter basis, although we are actually open for season 2017 from March 24th to November 6th. This includes VAT as applicable, electricity, rates, water and sewage charges. The only expenses apart from that are the occasional gas bottle refill. (We can supply but you don't have to get them from us).
