Our friendly managers and wardens, responsible for each of our sites, will endeavour to make sure your stay is all you are hoping for and more. You’ll see our chatty cleaning and maintenance teams working tirelessly as they keep everything spick and span and in top working order. And at The Dolphin Bar and The Sandsgate, our experienced bar and kitchen staff take pride in serving you the perfect coffee, tasty bar meals and excellent beers and wine that hit the spot.

Alex

Finance Manager

Alex takes care of the finances: our internal processes, bank balances day-to-day, and ensuring the numbers we report are correct. She is also a central point of contact for incoming enquiries, so you may well get to speak to or meet her. She joined in 2023 having been a key member of the East Norfolk Sixth Form finance team prior to this.

Andrew

Managing Director

Andrew has a 20-year career in audit and accounting behind him. He oversees the smooth running of all of the different parts of the business and our investment plans. His main objective will always be to ensure that you are getting great value for the service you receive, and have the best time you can when you visit one of our sites.

Dave and Jayne

Joint Tent & Touring Managers

Dave and Jayne's main aim is to ensure you have a fantastic time and keep coming back! This is a wide-ranging role which also includes supporting the wider business as well as looking after most of our plant and machinery.

Izzy, Helen and Will

Other Directors

William, Isobel and Helen are Andrew’s siblings. They all have other careers in other places but they provide a valuable sounding board and additional perspective when something tricky comes up or in assessing future plans.

Kate and Jacki

Bar Managers

Kate and Jacki are our two star bar managers, looking after you from the moment you step over the threshold of the Dolphin Bar and The Sandsgate. There’s plenty involved in managing a bar, from ensuring the drinks and food are right to having the entertainment you like lined up. They have the experience and team to make it happen.

Paul

Site Manager

Paul is responsible for operations across both of our static caravan parks, bungalows and glamping, including site presentation, management of pitch turnover and static caravan sales, and looking after you: our lovely holiday accommodation and static caravan customers!

Steve

Maintenance Manager

Steve has a background in the construction industry and is responsible for planning, overseeing and in not a few cases, handling some of the maintenance workload. Our properties, drains and cables all take a bit of looking after and Steve ensures this is completed when it needs to be to keep things ticking over.

Our culture and values

Our business values are not formally defined but Andrew as well as others on the team approach what we do in the context of a Christian faith.  What that means depends on the situation: sometimes difficult things come up which we need to ask God how we should deal with them!  We will always be fair, honest and as transparent as we can be, in our relationships with all customers and staff, and treat everyone with respect.  When we don’t get it right, please drop us a phone call or email to let us know so that we can take forward the learnings and if necessary, change what we are doing.
